i did it, and it hid all of my text in my about me. it centered my profile, that worked, but everything else got hidden

It worked good, and there were no links at the top of the page, But I would like to make it more centered.

coz when it puts it in your heroes section its in the middle but its not centred its kind of slightly to the right!

I’ve hidden the left side of my profile, so only the about me is showing. But I cant figure out how to get that centered without that big blank space that your code gives me where the left side should have been. If you could let me know in any way what kind of code to use, that would be great.

After literal hours, perhaps 15-20, I struggled with centering my profile. I had trieded dozens of sites that claimed they could so it. I had 1 that centered the profile, then in 2-3 days, with no coding change on my own, it went back to extra wide, have to scroll right profile. After numberous searchs with google, this site came up, I clicked on it, read and changed code according to instructions, and BANG!!! It worked like vener before! Thanks to the developer for coming up with the solution that workded for me! Thanks to the admin, and all the techs and brilliant people!!! -JP

Interesting, it seems the predominant solution, in cyberspace, that comes up when one does a search, is to open a style tag in the hero section, rendering the code below that point, non functional.
I am curious why you choose this solution?
At least there is balance, in that you are just as many tables deep when you do the open as when you do the close.
I have 3 solutions for this, and none of them involve opening a style tag in this manner.
I am not saying it is a bad idea,
I am just curious why it is your solution of choice?
When they came up with the new status thing, I right away used it to implement a really clean center page (single column) solution. But they turned off the ability of that field to take functional html tags.
So I was back to the old solutions for this.

I don’t know why people are saying it didn’t work because it worked perfectly fine for me. Actually, I am incredibly happy with the code. I tried a million of them last night and they worked for centering the page however when it centered the page it left these big gray spots instead of keeping it white like I wanted it too. This code though allowed me to keep it white and still center it. Thanks!
